Mocking someone with a disability is about as low as one can go. For a bully to target someone who suffers from a condition is an easy way for them to get a jolt of superiority. But to everyone else around them, they simply look like a weak coward trying desperately to get attention. That’s what happened when a 29-year-old bully mocked the way a person with cerebral palsy was walking outside of a 7-Eleven convenience store. While that is disgusting enough, the bully took things a leap forward when he sucker punched his victim in the face. Now the internet is exploding in rage at this “tough guy” bully…

On May 10, Barry Baker had the proudest moment of his life as a bully. He was filmed first mocking then assaulting a 22-year-old outside of a 7-Eleven.

In the clip, Baker is seen imitating the younger victim’s walk before punching him in the face.

The attack was caught on surveillance footage and the local police were able to track Baker down. The incident happened in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

In the video, the 29-year-old is seen mocking the way the victim walked. Then he followed him toward his car and punched him in the face. After the assault, Baker calmly walked away from the scene proud of the bullying he had just administered.

Because he did not know his abuse was caught on camera, Baker was probably already thinking about the next person he could assault. Perhaps, he wanted to target someone in a wheelchair or who required a walker to get around. That probably would have made him feel like a man. But thankfully the police got to him before he could hurt any more disabled people.

The incident occurred at 2:13am. The victim has asked not to be named.

The victim left his car and approached the convenience store. Baker even held the door for him. But when he left the store and returned to his car, Baker was ready to beat him in the street for no reason. This was a senseless act of violence – perhaps, even a hate crime because he targeted the man for being disabled.

Although Baker fled the scene, he was quickly apprehended by the police. He escaped on bail but will be due back in court on May 30 to face the legal system.

Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan labeled Baker aptly as a ‘bully’.

“This defendant is a bully. Every decent citizen should be outraged by the defendant’s conduct. The victim is to be commended for keeping his cool and notifying the police,” Hogan told CBS’s Pennsylvania affiliate KYW-TV.

And Hogan was right. Everyone is outraged at this man’s cowardice. Here are some comments shared on Daily Mail:

“What a big coward; a total inadequate!” wrote one angry viewer.

“My own son has cerebral palsy,…..send this coward to me !!!! Maybe I’m just feeling a bit raw with the events in my home town city….”

What do you think about the footage? How long should Baker stay in jail?
