Drunk Driver Wakes Up From 10 Year Coma. Mortified When The Doctor Tells Him It’s All A Lie

Although everyone knows that you should not get behind the wheel of a car after excessive drinking, the incidents of drunk driving are still much too high. In 2016, more than 10,000 were killed in car accidents that involved a drunk driver. That amounts to nearly 30 percent of all fatalities on the road in the United States of America.

And when it comes to the death of children, seventeen percent were killed in a crash involving a driver who was drunk behind the wheel. Drunk driving is a serious problem. Yet, people still do the stupid thing and get behind the wheel. So when one drunk driver was taken into a hospital, the doctor found it high time to teach him a lesson he’d never forget – so he would never threaten the lives of innocent people on the road again.

People lose loved ones to drinking and driving every day. Hundreds of people are killed in such accidents every day of the year in America. And the tragedy is so easy to prevent. People just need to stop getting drunk and then behind the wheel.

In 2013, a YouTube prankster decided to give his drunken friend the scare of his life. And it might have proven to save a few lives.

Tom Mabe, the YouTube prank master, found his friend passed out drunk. Because the “friend” had a habit of drinking and driving, Mabe wanted to teach him a lesson once and for all. And after this friend Ray was charged with his fifth DUI, Mabe took matters into his own hands. He would teach Ray a lesson he would never forget. And hopefully, he’d quit drinking and driving and stop putting the lives of innocent children and babies at risk.

When Ray got black-out drunk – again – Mabe and friends transported him to a set designed to resemble a hospital room. Ray was so drunk he passed out and did not know what was going on.

Actors greeted Ray when he woke up. Then the medical staff told him that he had been in a coma for ten years. As Ray heard the news, Mabe and friends played a fake news report for the television to convince Ray that he had missed so much of life.

Ray had a simple question after realizing that he had missed his entire life. He asked, “Where’s my daughter at?”

Although he gets behind the wheel while drunk and puts his family and other people’s family in danger, he still loves his daughter. Good thing Mabe cared enough about him to teach him a lesson about drunk driving. If he hadn’t done it, Ray would have probably gotten behind the wheel again and threatened more innocent lives on the road. And he might have even taken his daughter’s life.

The prank has been viewed millions of times. Not only is it funny, but it also teaches a valuable lesson about drinking and driving. Hopefully, Tom Mabe’s prank helped inspire other people to sober up before hitting the road.

Do you think this prank was a good idea?
