Police Finally Caught The Family That Started The Fight At Disneyland

On July 8, 2019, a fight broke out it Disneyland that might result in even years behind bars. One man, 35-year-old Avery Robinson from Nevada smacked around his sister, her husband, and his girlfriend. Now Robinson and his family members have been charged and arrested because of the violence that erupted in Toontown, Disneyland. Because some of the altercations were captured on film, Robinson might be locked behind bars for a very, very long time.

Robinson faces five felonies and nine misdemeanors because of the fight that occurred in Disneyland.

His sister, 40-year-old Andrea Robinson and her 44-year-old husband Daman Petrie were also charged. However, their charges are much more minor but still might get some possible prison time if they’re convicted as well.

The violent brawl in the theme park shocked people and other guests. No one knew what to do but take out their phones and record the shameful squabble and share the video with everyone possible on social media.

The fight between the two men and two women occurred right in front of their children. They started exchanging punches and spitting at each other as they lashed out with as much violence and anger as they could muster.

In the video, the prime suspect, 35-year-old Avery Robinson wore a pink t-shirt. He was shown beating up his girlfriend. That’s how he got charged with five felonies including, domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon, and child abuse and child endangerment.

Robinson turned his rage on his lover as he fought with his sister and her husband. He smacked his girlfriend in the face multiple times, including throwing a few punches. These attacks on his girlfriend came after he’d already started fighting with his sister and his brother-in-law.

Robinson attacked his girlfriend because another family member – a s***-starter – accused the girlfriend of having hit Robinson’s mother. He then turned his rage on her.

While he fought with his family, he spoke about how he was “ready to go to jail tonight,” and he simultaneously referenced a gang famous in Southern California.

In addition to the assault on his family members and his girlfriend, Robinson was accused of trying to strike a Disneyland employee with his car. He also threatened to murder his sister and her husband while they were fighting.

Robinson was visiting California and lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“During the fight inside the park, Avery Robinson made several comments including ‘I’m ready to go to jail tonight’ and referenced a Southern California gang,” the statement about the arrest said.

Robinson is not the only one facing severe jail time.

His sister, Andrea, was slammed with five misdemeanor charges including four charges of battery for attacking her brother, his girlfriend, and another unsuspecting Disneyland employee. Andrea, who lives in Compton, faces 30 months in prison if she is convicted of her charges.

Andrea’s husband, Daman Petrie of Compton, faces one misdemeanor count of battery. He punched Robinson’s girlfriend in the face during the fighter. He could spend six months in prison if convicted.
