However, the royalties for “Ice Ice Baby” are starting to dry up. That has left Vanilla Ice with a desperate need for cash. He’s since decided to go into the real estate game, which has become clear after he launched a website.
He works as a real estate investor and home renovator. He also teaches new investors how to flip houses in a pyramid-like scheme.
