Anyone with a heart doesn’t want to see animals being mistreated. But these images of monkeys are going to show you that not everyone in the world has a heart. Footage and images from this “German laboratory” feature horrible instances of animal abuse and cruelty that are simply ungodly. You’ll see monkeys strapped to walls with metal manacles and dogs and cats being bled all in the name of “Wissenschaft.”
Just a glance at these images will give you nightmares. With monkeys strapped in harnesses and dogs and cats injured and bleeding, the German scientists are performing bizarre and cruel experiments. That’s why an undercover animal rights activist infiltrated the German toxicology company to figure out what was really going on. What they found horrified them beyond expectations.
The organization behind the undercover operation is Soko Tierschutz, along with Cruelty Free International. The two groups worked together to capture the animal cruelty and abuses going on at the LPT Laboratory in Mienenbuttel, which is outside the city of Hamburg.
In the images, you can see the primates, macaques, being strapped down and tortured. They’re attached to the walls via brackets. Because the “scientists” have the monkey trapped, the animals are desperate to escape. But they simply cannot break free from the tight grip that is the lock around their necks.
While the monkeys are restrained, a beagle is shown stuck in a cramped cell. It is bleeding profusely and will die of blood loss unless someone does something to help. By the time you see this footage, hope for the dog might be lost.
The undercover activist worked at the laboratory from December 2018 to March 2019. During that time, they witnessed the researchers conducting tests on the animals, abusing them as they did so. The animals are restrained in the laboratory, so companies from around the world can hire the Germans to conduct product tests on living creatures. The conditions in which these animals were kept were downright horrific, the undercover activist said.
The “scientists” forced pipes down the beagles’ throats so they could be force-fed capsules. Because of the mistreatment from the experiments, the dogs were left broken and bleeding and left to die. The workers at the facility treated the animals with carelessness and violence. The employees were never trained to handle animals, and the way they abused the critters proved as much.
Soko Tierschutz representative Friedrich Mullen said, “The animals were even still waggling their tails when they were being taken to be killed, the dogs were desperate for human contact.”
He added, “The worst treatment was kept for the monkeys. The macaques breed of monkeys is small, relatively light primates, which are often used for animal experiments at LPT. They are kept in cramped conditions in small cages. Many of the animals have developed compulsive tendencies and are seen going around in circles.”
Germany does not impose strict laws protecting animals from a cruel testing treatment like this.
