Whoopi Leaves Audience Blindsided, Admits She Supports Trump On Controversial Issue

When three UCLA basketball players were caught shoplifting in China, the college elites needed desperate help. Despite his party’s discontent with the suspected criminals, President Trump pulled a few strings and convinced the Chinese authorities to release the foolhardy students. And it was a clear win for President Trump over the Chinese and for the three liberal UCLA students who were caught stealing.

But then Lavar Ball, whose son LiAngelo Ball was one of the students caught stealing, went on a rant about how President Trump had done NOTHING for him and his family. He told the world that Trump was useless in helping free his son from the jails of the communist economic giant.

Trump seized the opportunity to fire back a scathing tweet to Lavar Ball, an average citizen.

“Now that three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!”

In a shocking display of unity and patriotism, Whoopi Goldberg has sided with team Trump against the ungrateful father of the basketball player.

Whoopi attacked the Balls by saying the following:

“You embarrassed your families, you embarrassed the country, and you embarrassed the president. Now I’m not a big fan of the president, but the fact that he had to call and get your a**es out of there is not anything to be proud of or think is cool. Is this just the ridiculous stupidity of youth? Now, you’re in China – you’re this big! It’s not like you’re gonna blend. You’re not going to blend in, run out.”

Although Whoopi is usually venomously anti-Trump, here she came to the president’s defense and so did the other ladies on the ABC hit talk show “The View.”

The hosts talked about how shoplifting is stupid because most people get caught – especially for people who are not poor or in desperate need of food or clothing.

And for the UCLA basketball students, who are very tall and stand out like a sore thumb in China, it was a ridiculously stupid thing to do because everyone was watching them already.

Sunny Hostin shared her shame for the UCLA players and Lavar Ball:

“They caused an international incident where the president had to get involved and call the president of another country. This is really significant.”

Most liberals are not fans of Trump, while most conservatives are not fans of Whoopi Goldberg. But following her statement in support of Trump, many people are questioning their preconceived judgments about the president of the United States.

“They should be talking about how Trump got them off the hook instead of doing 10yrs in prison.”

“No big deal, they were caught in China. They’ll still keep on stealing. It’s soft on criminals in the US.”

If these students were caught shoplifting in the United States do you think they would get away with it like they did in China?
